Dr. Michelle Reiss has been invited by the Australasian Society of Lifestyle Medicine to present a workshop at the event.
This years conference will explore opportunities for innovation & intervention as well as environment & equity in the evolution of healthcare.

We have created a free tailored walking program that is designed to take you from strength to strength and put you in a position to complete local walking events around the Central Coast!

The ICCM have partnered with Award Winning Chef, Andrew Church to present you with a Cooking Class like you have never experienced before.
On the night you will hear about whole food from a medical and science based perspective as well as learning new practical skills on how to best prepare delicious and healthy food.
At the end of the evening you will go home loaded with knowledge as well as a goodie bag packed with things to help you continue your own Chef adventures.

The March Charge is an excellent initiative from the Cancer Council and is an opportunity to help raise funds as well as challenging yourself to walk or run further than before.

This is a great opportunity to step outside your comfort zone and set a new goal! Your goal might be to walk 10km a week or more. The choice is yours!
